As most of our food and beverages are prepared from scratch when an order is placed, waiting time could be longer than dining in a fast food or a food reheating concept establishment.

 

In the event that you are in a rush, please let us know, we would gladly check the estimated waiting time for you prior to confirming your order.

We are unable to accept order cancellation after the preparation of food and beverages has commenced, as a result, full price will be charged.

Seating

1. Seating will be assigned solely by our service staff.

2. MOMO Cha Cha is a family restaurant therefore our priority is to make available seating for dining or drinking purpose.

3. We reserve full rights in moving customer who occupies more than needed seating in order to free up seating to accommodate as many diners as possible.

Outside Food

1. NO outside food and drink in our restaurant premise.

Menu

1. Food photos are meant for reference only, actual presentation may deviate due to availability of ingredients etc.

2. Plant-base - we adapt a rather loose definition on plant-base, it simply indicate the dish contain no animal protein except dairy or egg. If you are concern due to a strict dietary practice, please check with our friendly staff.

3. So much so that we wish to cater to individualize request, Chef may miss or not performing in the exact way you wish to happen. Please pardon us if that happens because we are facing labour shortage, Chef could be busy with many orders come in at about the same time, or he could have just overlooked.

Price

1. Currency stated in Singapore Dollar only.

2. All prices subject to prevailing GST. There will be 10% service charge for dine-in.

3. In the event of price discrepancy, we refer to the price stated in physical menu/ point of sale system as final.

Reservation

1. Deposit paid for the purpose of securing a reservation is not refundable.

Others

1. MOMO Cha Cha does not provide charging service on laptop, mobile or any other electrical device.

2. MOMO Cha Cha does not provide Free WIFI.

3. MOMO Cha Cha reserves full rights in non-acceptance to dining request in some unusual circumstances ie. inappropriate dress code, unpleasant attitude or any conditions that draw our concerns.
